Sculpt & Stretch
A slowed down, less intense version of our Signature class. A gentle, low-impact workout that encourages muscle toning, helps improve posture and alignment. This class provides a peaceful environment for restoring both body and mind. Perfect for all levels.
Please note that grip socks are mandatory on the reformers.
