In-Studio Childcare

We welcome children ages infant to 10 years old.
Pay per Class
ONE KID $10 per class
Unlimited Monthly Childcare
Childcare can be booked up to 7 days in advance. Evening classes must be booked one hour prior to the class, morning classes must be booked 12 hours in advance.
First Time Booking Childcare?
Before your first visit, please email grace@blongpilates.com with:
Your child(ren)'s full name(s) and age(s)
Anything our childcare provider should know
We'll create your child(ren)'s profile so you can easily book childcare online for future visits.
For your first booking:
Reserve your Pilates class.
Book one childcare drop-in under your name to hold your spot.
If you're bringing more than one child, we'll collect the remaining balance ($10 per additional child) when you arrive.
Please email Grace before your first visit so we can ensure we have the appropriate space and staffing for your family. We can't wait to welcome you!

Elise
Originally from the Bay Area, Elise spent several years in New York City before making her way to San Diego. With fitness a core part of her life, she decided to turn her passion into purpose by becoming a Pilates instructor after falling in love with the supportive and uplifting community. Her high-energy morning classes are designed to challenge, motivate, and leave you feeling strong and energized for the day ahead. When she’s not teaching, you can find Elise hiking in the mountains or cooking up something creative (fun fact: she used to be a chef!).

Jen
Fitness has always been an essential part of Jen’s life. As the demands of corporate life grew, she turned to teaching group fitness to find balance and connect with others who share her love of movement and positive energy. After a few injuries led her to Pilates, she discovered a practice that strengthened both her body and mindset, transforming how she approaches every form of movement. Now feeling stronger and more capable than ever, Jen is passionate about helping others build strength, confidence, and longevity through mindful movement. Since moving to Carlsbad in 2022, she’s found a true sense of community with the b∙long team and is excited to help create a space where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and inspired to grow.

Marie
Originally from Virginia, Marie just moved to San Diego after teaching for 10 years in the fitness industry. Marie got her start in fitness after discovering her love for cardio dance. Later, she would leave her full-time nursing job to teach across the US Fitness gyms. Marie is an ACE group fitness instructor and holds additional certifications in cardio dance, barre and indoor cycling. During the pandemic, she became a certified pilates coach and became an owner to a microformer studio in DC and Virginia.

Grace
Meet Grace, our amazing Studio Manager! Grace has taught reformer Pilates for a little over a year. She fell in love with fitness 7 years ago when she got her first job doing front desk at a barre studio in Napa where she grew up. She started teaching barre 4 years ago in Hawaii then moved into mat Pilates and more recently the Xformer.
In her free time you can find her walking barefoot to the beach after teaching morning classes then spot her heading back in the afternoon to get her booty kicked in class!
