After being a Professional NFL Cheerleader and Dancer, Kelsey found her passion for teaching fitness and helping individuals change their lives. It was during this time that she came across and fell in love with the Mega reformer.  With over 13 years teaching in the fitness industry, Kelsey uses her experience and dance background to bring excitement, energy, strength and fun personality to every class. Be ready to laugh and shake!

Originally from Alabama, she moved to San Diego in 2016 for a job and has never left. Outside of the studio, she loves walking the beach with her rescue dogs, Rosie, Samy, and Mr. Bean Dip. You can also find her cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide and she will never pass up watching Dirty Dancing!!

After dancing professionally in the NBA, Nicole’s career naturally transitioned to fitness 10 years ago and she’s never looked back! Originally from CT, she moved to sunny San Diego is 2018 and fell in love with all the fitness communities it had to offer. Since then she’s instructed at various HIIT, barre, dance cardio and Pilates studios and is excited to bring her spunky energy and experience to B Long! When Nicole’s not at the studio, she loves hanging in the sunshine with her baby girl and husband, going for long walks out in nature, traveling and trying new healthy recipes!

Jeannine comes to us with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry and is excited to bring her expertise to B-Long! She loves providing her clients with a deeper understanding of the technique and ensures her playlists will keep you motivated throughout the entire class. East coast raised, she's called San Diego home for 6 years and enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and cavapoo, Gary. Jessica has been a member of the b∙long team since April 2025, helping & supporting staff and clients in various ways. 

Her love of Pilates, movement and health motivated her to complete teacher certification and become an instructor. She believes that movement is an act of self-care and aims to help clients of all ages embrace and empower their unique selves.  

Outside of the studio, Jessica is a ceramic artist. She loves spending time at the beach with her granddog, traveling and performing with her dance team.  

A former World Salsa Champion and lifelong dancer, Lily Carrillo brings over a decade of group fitness instruction to the b∙long team. Known for her intentional, fun, and challenging teaching style, Lily creates an inclusive environment where every client feels empowered to move with purpose and joy.

Lily comes from small town north Idaho where she grew up practicing yoga and gymnastics with her mom and sisters. After graduating from University of San Diego, she took her love for learning and coaching and translated it into a career in classical Pilates. Bringing her traditional training to b∙long, her classes focus on progressive layering and functional movement to leave clients feeling longer, stronger, and eager for more!

A Florida native with a passion for all things health and wellness, Amber fell in love with low-impact, high-intensity reformer training four years ago and knew she had to share it with others. Her classes are designed to challenge and empower every level—leaving you feeling stronger, more balanced, and energized.
