Jessica has been a member of the b∙long team since April 2025, helping & supporting staff and clients in various ways. 

Her love of Pilates, movement and health motivated her to complete teacher certification and become an instructor. She believes that movement is an act of self-care and aims to help clients of all ages embrace and empower their unique selves.  

Outside of the studio, Jessica is a ceramic artist. She loves spending time at the beach with her granddog, traveling and performing with her dance team.  

A Florida native with a passion for all things health and wellness, Amber fell in love with low-impact, high-intensity reformer training four years ago and knew she had to share it with others. Her classes are designed to challenge and empower every level—leaving you feeling stronger, more balanced, and energized.

Kiera is a San Diego native with a passion for mindful movement. With a background in collegiate soccer and experience training at the professional level, she discovered Pilates as an essential part of transitioning from high-impact sports, inspiring her to pursue teaching.

Her classes focus on building strength, improving mobility, and helping clients feel more connected to their bodies. Certified in yoga, Kiera brings a calm yet energizing presence while offering thoughtful progressions and modifications so every client can feel their best.

When she's not in the studio you can find her doing what she loves most, being outside!

Meet Kylie! Kylie grew up dancing, making her transition into Pilates feel like a natural evolution. Originally from Ventura County, she began her Pilates career over six years ago and quickly fell in love with the method—not just as a practice, but as a way of life.

Her passion led her beyond teaching, into mentoring and certifying the next generation of instructors. With a deep belief in always remaining a student, Kylie expanded her practice to include mat Pilates and developed her own approach that blends strength training with classical Pilates principles.

When she’s not in the studio, you can find Kylie enjoying time in the sun and continuing to challenge her body—whether through running, Pilates, or strength training.

As a professional model and licensed esthetician, Kiana has always valued the importance of true self-care. Her passion for movement and supporting others’ wellness naturally led her to Pilates—where she found the perfect balance of strength, intention, and connection.

Her classes are designed to both challenge and empower, with a focus on intentional movement, breathwork, and mind-body alignment. Whether you’re just beginning your wellness journey or deepening an existing practice, Kiana creates a space where you feel supported every step of the way.

Outside of the studio, you’ll find her on the pickleball courts or spending time in Bible study with friends—grounded in a lifestyle centered on balance, joy, and faith.
