Results vary by individual, but many clients report feeling stronger and more toned within 2-4 weeks of consistent practice. You may notice improvements in posture, core strength, and overall body awareness even sooner. For visible changes in body composition, combining regular b • long classes with a balanced diet typically yields results within 6-8 weeks.
General
-
b•long is a modern Pilates practice, which compared to traditional Pilates classes, is more intense and fat burning. We incorporate fewer breaks and shorter transitions, leading to increased time under tension. Our use of the XFormer machine allows for greater resistance and variety in exercises, engaging muscles more comprehensively than mat-based Pilates. Additionally, we place a strong emphasis on core strength, which complements and enhances other fitness activities.
-
While Pilates can be beneficial during pregnancy, please consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise regimen. Inform your instructor if you're pregnant so they can provide appropriate modifications.
