The XFormer machine, combined with slow movement helps create a engaging full body workout. Modern Pilates offers fewer breaks and shorter transitions, leading to increased time under tension. Our practice focuses on the smaller, stabilizing muscles which traditional weight lifting exercises tend to neglect.
