the b∙long method
b • long is a modern Pilates practice, which compared to traditional Pilates classes, is more intense and fat burning. The XFormer machine, combined with slow movement helps create a engaging full body workout. The b • long method offers fewer breaks and shorter transitions, leading to increased time under tension. Our practice focuses on the smaller, stabilizing muscles which traditional weight lifting exercises tend to neglect.
